We're the UK's leading school improvement organisation, working with schools, academies and trusts in the United Kingdom and beyond to improve the quality of children's education.
We pride ourselves on being recognised for the outstanding quality of our support and training for schools through the awards of School Improvement Provider of the Year 2018 & 2019.
Founded in January 2012 by David Maytham, everything we do is underpinned by the belief that every child has the right to a good education. We're dedicated to improving life chances for all pupils by empowering teachers and leaders to help create sustainable improvement in their schools through engaged learning and inspirational leadership.
We have been working with increasing numbers of Special Schools since 2013, welcoming teachers and leaders to our outstanding CPD courses, INSET days, consultancy, digital solutions and longer-term packages of school improvement support.
Over the last few years, we have expanded rapidly as the principles of our Path to Success approach have gained a reputation in the educational community.
We work in the UK and overseas - in countries as diverse as France and China, with international schools whose fascinating cultures have been really exciting to work with. More importantly, we have been working with increasing numbers of special education schools – from SEMH schools to schools with PMLD students, from schools solely for children with Autism to visual and auditory impairment units within mainstream settings.
We know that one-off courses (however good) can only have so much impact. We work with many schools on a longer-term basis through ongoing consultancy and tailored in-school training to improve outcomes for children. All of our consultancy and training adheres to our company values... to excite, inspire, motivate, achieve and engage. We provide consultancy packages, or bespoke training which can cover areas as diverse as curriculum development, leadership mentoring, improving children’s cognitive development and self-regulation, subject leader consultancy and children's workshops. We are as flexible as you need us to be and our team of experts can support you in implementing whatever changes you deem necessary.
“TT Education have listened fully to our improvement requests and put together a bespoke programme of CPD for our school. We have been able to deliver on the priorities in our School Development Plan priorities and immediately address Ofsted actions following an inspection during the year ... hugely beneficial service to the school.”
Darren Williams, Headteacher at Central Park Primary School in London
At TT Education we're extremely proud of the work we do to help special schools enhance life chances for all pupils. This applies to any learner, at any stage or age, learning any skills – and we have demonstrated its impact supporting pupils in all learning environments.
All our CPD training days are delivered by our expert consultants in 4- or 5-star hotels, with a delicious lunch and refreshments available. Every attendee receives a detailed pack of course resources. Most importantly, we have a growing suite of courses specifically designed to meet the needs of teachers, TAs and leaders of special schools; not easy to find in the educational landscape – so we’re doing our best to develop more for you!
Above all, we are committed to delivering dynamic school improvement services which make a real difference to teachers and all children, in any educational setting.
